and Sale.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order. A minor may use the Site only through a parent or legal guardian who places the order and accepts these Terms.

You may not use the Site or purchase Products where doing so would violate applicable law.

Dissident creates apparel and editorial material intended to comment on political, civic, cultural, and historical subjects. Content may be confrontational, satirical, symbolic, critical, or objectionable. It is offered for lawful expressive use.

Nothing on this Site or any Product is intended as a threat, operational instruction, solicitation, agreement, or encouragement to commit violence, intimidation, harassment, property destruction, terrorism, or another unlawful act. Dissident does not endorse violence or unlawful conduct.

References to names, images, slogans, symbols, ideologies, public figures, agencies, parties, organizations, or historical events are for commentary or identification. They do not imply sponsorship, approval, affiliation, or partnership unless expressly stated.

Dissident supports lawful political and artistic expression, including expression that may receive constitutional protection against government restriction. Constitutional protections do not make unlawful conduct lawful, guarantee that every statement is protected, create immunity from civil claims, or override the terms of private payment, hosting, marketplace, carrier, or other service providers.

You remain responsible for your conduct. Dissident is not responsible for independent acts of customers or third parties merely because a person owns, wears, displays, photographs, or discusses a Product. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that applicable law places on Dissident.

Products may be released in limited quantities or for limited periods. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it. We do not guarantee that an item will remain available, be restocked, or appear in a future issue.

We try to present descriptions, colors, dimensions, materials, and images accurately. Displays and production runs can create reasonable variations. Review the size chart, materials, care instructions, and Product description before ordering. Any preorder, purchase limit, final-sale designation, or unusual fulfillment estimate will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation means only that we received it. We accept an order when we expressly confirm acceptance or send shipment confirmation.

We may reject or cancel an unshipped order for legitimate reasons including unavailability, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, payment failure, violation of purchase limits, automated purchasing tools, an undeliverable destination, or legal/provider restrictions. If we cancel after charging you, we will issue the required refund.

You must provide accurate billing, delivery, and contact information. Contact us immediately if something is incorrect; changes are not guaranteed after processing begins.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping, taxes, and the complete order total will be displayed before purchase. We may correct an obvious error before accepting an order.

Promotional codes are subject to stated terms, have no cash value, and may be canceled if obtained or used fraudulently.

Payments will be processed by Stripe. Available methods may include credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Link. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use it and authorize the disclosed charges.

Stripe receives payment and transaction information under its own terms and privacy practices. With hosted Stripe Checkout, Dissident does not receive or store your complete card number. A temporary authorization may appear before acceptance or shipment.

We will ship to [SUPPORTED DESTINATIONS]. Processing and delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Drop-specific and preorder estimates shown before purchase control.

If we cannot ship within the promised time—or, when no time is stated, within the period required by law—we will provide required delay notice and the applicable option to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund.

You are responsible for providing a secure, deliverable address. Contact elijah@dissidentclothing.co promptly regarding lost, damaged, or misdelivered packages. International duties and import responsibilities must be finalized before international sales begin.

Unless an item was clearly marked final sale, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery by contacting elijah@dissidentclothing.co. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of odors or damage, and include original tags and packaging.

Clearly disclosed final-sale items, customized goods, gift cards, and worn or customer-damaged goods are not returnable except where required by law or defective. Obtain authorization before shipping. [CUSTOMER/COMPANY] pays ordinary return shipping; we cover reasonable return shipping for an incorrect, defective, or materially misdescribed Product.

Approved refunds return to the original payment method, generally within [10] business days after inspection. Exchanges depend on inventory and limited-drop replacements are not guaranteed.

Contact elijah@dissidentclothing.co if you do not recognize a charge or believe an order is incorrect. This does not waive any right to contact your issuer. We may provide accurate order, acceptance, communication, delivery, and refund records when responding to a dispute.

Knowingly making a false payment dispute or using a payment method without authorization violates these Terms and may violate law.

We may impose household, customer, payment-method, or address limits on drops. You may not evade those limits, use automation for an unfair purchasing advantage, interfere with checkout, or use fraudulent identities or payment methods.

Unless stated otherwise, Products are offered for personal use and ordinary lawful resale only. Unaffiliated resellers may not imply Dissident sponsorship or authorization.

You may not use the Site to violate law or rights; threaten, harass, stalk, intimidate, discriminate, or dox; facilitate violence or unlawful acts; submit malware or bypass security; commit fraud; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights; unlawfully collect personal data; or submit defamatory, unlawfully threatening, sexually exploitative, or otherwise illegal material.

We may use reasonable security and anti-fraud measures and suspend access or cancel unaccepted orders associated with violations.

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Dissident a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license only as reasonably needed to host, format, and display it. Separate permission is required for unrelated paid advertising.

Reviews must reflect genuine experience. We welcome honest criticism and will not penalize negative opinion. We may remove content for legitimate reasons such as illegality, threats, harassment, infringement, private information, spam, irrelevance, or clear deception.

The Site, branding, layout, photographs, text, graphics, software, and original Product designs are owned by or licensed to Dissident Clothing Co. and protected by applicable laws. We grant a limited, revocable, nonexclusive license for personal shopping and informational use.

Buying a Product does not grant a right to reproduce, manufacture, distribute, tokenize, commercially exploit, or create merchandise from its design. “DISSIDENT” and associated source identifiers may not be used to imply affiliation without written permission.

If user-submitted content is enabled and you believe material infringes copyright, send a compliant notice to [DMCA AGENT NAME], [DMCA ADDRESS], elijah@dissidentclothing.co, and 941-787-0527. The notice must identify the work and material, provide contact information, include required good-faith and accuracy statements, and be signed.

This process will not launch until an agent is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office and notice/counter-notice procedures are operational.

The Site may use Stripe, Cloudflare, carriers, email providers, social networks, and other independent services with their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content or operation except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

Our Privacy Notice describes personal-information practices. Marketing email requires applicable consent or lawful basis and will include an unsubscribe method. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. Transactional order messages may continue after a marketing opt-out.

The Site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent Product availability, or identical color rendering. Products remain covered by express descriptions and nonwaivable consumer protections. To the fullest lawful extent, other implied warranties are disclaimed.

Site commentary is expressive or informational material, not legal, political-campaign, safety, or professional advice and not an instruction to act. Jurisdictional restrictions apply to all disclaimers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dissident Clothing Co. and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, arising from the Site, an order, or a Product.

To the fullest lawful extent, aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the greater of the amount paid for the Product or order giving rise to the claim or US $100.

These limitations do not cover liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, applicable statutory product liability, or mandatory consumer remedies. They do not excuse Dissident’s own unlawful conduct.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Dissident Clothing Co. against third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful misuse of the Site, material violation of these Terms, or submitted content that violates another person’s rights. For consumers, this applies only where applicable law permits it.

We may suspend Site access for fraud, security threats, material or repeated violations, or where law or a provider requires it. Termination does not eliminate accrued rights or obligations. Provisions that logically should survive will survive.

Before filing a non-urgent claim, contact elijah@dissidentclothing.co with identifying information, a description, and the requested resolution. The parties will attempt good-faith resolution for 30 days without extending filing deadlines unless agreed.

These Terms are governed by [STATE] law. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, claims must be brought in courts located in [COUNTY, STATE], and eligible small-claims actions remain available. No arbitration or class-action waiver is included in this draft; counsel must make that decision.

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and date, with material notice where required. The version affirmatively accepted with an order ordinarily governs that purchase. We will not impose a retroactive material change where consent is required.

These Terms, checkout disclosures, and the Shipping & Returns Policy form the purchase agreement. Product-specific disclosures control a direct conflict. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the lawful maximum and the remainder continues.

Failure to enforce is not waiver. Assignment, force-majeure, and third-party-right provisions remain subject to mandatory notices, cancellation rights, refunds, and consumer law.
